Open the case, hold the case button until the light pulses, then select NYXO in your device's Bluetooth settings.

Place both earbuds in the case, close the lid for 10 seconds, then reconnect. If it persists, reset via the case button and re-pair.

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email nyxoworld@learnovate.site to start — full details in our Refund policy.
